The Christmas lights almost felt out of place yesterday in the 70 degree weather. But today winter is definitely on its way, dropping 30 degrees overnight. Here's a couple pictures around campus of decorations and in turn some motivaton to make it through finals, and back home to friends and family.
Looking at Ridgway from across the grassy knoll you can see the Christmas light tree and the tressels wrapped in lights as well. Wreaths also decorate campus on almost every buidling. My dorm had a decorating party, decorating the tree and the lobby, with hot chocolate and free tshirts!
The front of Olmstead is such a pretty sight at night, made even better by the trees wrapped in lights in front. Mini Christmas tree are spread throughout campus, from the fitness center, to offices, and dorms.
Classic Christmas music and Trans-Siberian Orchestra are now the music of choice when studying, and my hot chocolate was made even better after adding a couple peppermints.
Enjoy this time celebrating the Christmas season!
